The Easter Colomba with chocolate drops is a soft pastry, obtained by natural fermentation from sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of the dove. The paste is soft and well alveolate, enriched with delicious drops of cocoa. The surface is covered with cocoa glaze decorated with sugar grains.
